Advisor to GIZ and Government of KPK

Advisor to GIZ and Government of KPK on the functioning of the departmental internal audit cell (DIAC) in Excise and Taxation Department (ETD) and the establishment of a permanent oversight provincial internal audit cell (PIAC) in Finance Department. Enabling Internal audit cell to render credibility to the revenue collection and handling of the revenue generated to serve as documentation in a proper state, convincingly documenting that revenue generated is used to render services in particular areas of social sectors.

PFM Advisor for Ernst Young (EY)

PFM Advisor for Ernst Young (EY) Pakistan for designing, development and implementation of the public financial management framework for Poverty Reduction Strategy, Government of Sind. EY was the consultant to the technical assistance provided by the European Union under the SUCCESS program for Government of Sind.

Advisor to GIZ

Advisor to GIZ for Development of an Operational Plan for Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Punjab Governments under Local Government (LOGO) program. The operational plan focused on enhance sub-national government revenue capabilities.

Conducted Capacity Building Program

Conducted Capacity Building Program in collaboration with Malaysian Institute of Management (MIM) at Kulalumpur. The focus of the training was critical role internal audit can play within the public sector. The participant includes departmental head (DG), Budget and Finance officers and District Revenue officials. To share the experience of Malaysia government in addressing challenges for setting up internal audit, office visits to Inland Revenue Authority were also carried.

Consultant Federal Government of Pakistan

PFM Solutions led the team of consultants to carry out PFM assessment of Federal Government of Pakistan. The assessment was based on UN HACT framework (Harmonised Approach to Cash Transfer).
